Your Main Duties As the DON you will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations with a fantastic healthcare service to regional and remote communities across the state of QLD ensuring the highest standards of patient care. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional clinical skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes. To be eligible for the position, you must have the following: Have a current AHPRA registration with no restrictions Recent experience working as a Director of Nursing/Facility Manager (or Acting DON experience) Minimum of 2 years experience working in Emergency Rural and remote nursing experience is ideal Must have ALS and be triage certified Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
